Refund Policy

The short version

30-day promise: if a book doesn't earn its place in your house, reply to your Gumroad receipt within 30 days and you get every penny back. You don't have to give a reason.

Changed your mind? That is fine

Reply to your Gumroad receipt email within 30 days of buying and say you would like your money back. That is all. You can keep what you printed.

If you are in the EU or the UK

When you buy, you ask for the download right away, so the legal 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download starts. Our 30-day promise goes further than that, so you can still get your money back within 30 days.

We also always refund when

• You paid but did not get your books
• The file is broken and we cannot send you a working one
• You were charged twice
• We made a mistake with your order
• You bought one book and then a bundle with that book in it: ask, and we refund the single book

How to ask

Reply to your Gumroad receipt email and tell us what went wrong. We try to answer within two working days. An approved refund goes back through Gumroad to how you paid and usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days.

Before you contact your bank

Please write to us first. Most problems are fixed quickly, and a bank dispute takes weeks for everybody.
